The Conservatory Metropolitan District is currently conducting a forensic analysis of the stone wall structure located along Hampden Avenue. As part of this effort, the District’s engineering team has identified the wall segment adjacent to your property for further evaluation.
To complete this assessment, the District’s engineering team will require access to your rear lot in order to inspect the internal condition of the wall and gather information necessary to evaluate its structural integrity.
